4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
6-6 Slices Swiss Cheese
½ cup Veganease
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced garlic (I used Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple)
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Place in 9x13 or larger foil lined pan.
Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
In a bowl mix veganease, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic.
Spread this over chicken, cover and and Bake for 1 hour.
After 50 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese return to baking for 10 minutes.
