These cookies take advantage of a new product on the market White Chocolate Peanut Butter. I found mine at Aldi!
What you need:
1 3/4 Cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sweetened unsalted butter
1/2 cup of White Chocolate Peanut Butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag white chocolate striped kisses (if desired)
The how to:
Preheat oven to 375
Combine the flour, soda and salt and set aside. Cream the butter, peanut butter and both sugars. Add the egg and vanilla. Add in flour mixture slowing and mix well. Using a teaspoon or small melon scoop roll into balls and roll in extra granulated sugar. Bake on cookie sheet for 8 minutes then remove and add the kisses if desired. Bake an extra 1-2 minutes with kisses until cookie is light golden brown.
