Kielbasa & Peppers

Made this for the 3rd time last night, and when I told my youngest what was for dinner, he hugged me.  9/5 stars for this one!  (yes I realize what that implies, but just wait until you taste it.)

Serves probably 10 to 12...small people LOL

3 lbs Kielbasa (I prefer the gluten free, nitrate) cut in 1 inch slices and halved
1 bag Red Potatoes cut into bite size chunks (for quicker baking)
*1 of each red, yellow and green bell peppers sliced
*1 Onion diced
*(or you can cheat and buy the pepper stir fry frozen 1 1/2 bag that has the peppers AND onion)
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic pepper seasoning (Tastefully simple tastes the best, but the regular store brand works too)
12 to 16 oz heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a gallon size zip lock bag or large bowl with lid place 1 Tbsp Oil and 3/4 Tbsp garlic pepper seasoning.  Add   kielbasa, potatoes, pepper and onion (defrost and drain water from frozen veggies if used) and 1/3 of meat and veggies (or add all the oil and all the veggies if your bowl is big enough) seal and shake until coated.  Pour into baking dish(es) and pour whipping cream over the top.  Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour to 1.5 hours (depends on baking dish and oven) or until potatoes are soft.  Removed from oven, spoon hot cream and seasonings over meat and veggies and let stand for about 5 minutes.  Then serve.

*I hope you all get the same reaction I did when I made this*
